4. Quote Process

Online quotes are based on submitted details and may be revised upon inspection. We reserve the right to reject or adjust offers at any time.

5. Pickup and Payment

Accepted quotes are scheduled for pickup through our network. Payment is typically made at the time of pickup, subject to successful title transfer and vehicle condition verification.

6. SMS Messaging & Consent

By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive transactional messages (such as quote updates, pickup scheduling, or confirmation requests) via SMS or automated calls.

7. Prohibited Conduct
